- 4 cups 1" watermelon cubes
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries, cut into halves or thirds
- 1 Tbsp. chopped mint
- 1 T lime juice
- 1 tsp. lime zest
Add watermelon cubes to a medium sized bowl. Stir in mint, lime juice, and lime zest.
Gently fold strawberries and blueberries in. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
