Strawberry overnight oats are a wholesome way to start the day with 6 grams of protein, high fiber & a delicious combination of vanilla, cinnamon, & honey.
Add all ingredients to a small container with a tightly sealing lid (I use half pint mason jars). Stir to mix well and dissolve globs of honey.
Place mason jar in the refrigerator for at least four to five hours, preferably overnight. Remove from refrigerator and stir before eating. You can microwave if desired, just use a larger jar and watch closely to ensure the jar does not overflow.
