Ingredients

  • 16 oz. reduced fat cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped dill
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce (I use Tapatio)
  • 1/2 tsp. creamy horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. worcestershire
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 12 - 16 oz. smoked salmon (bones removed and pulled into bite sized pieces)

Instructions

  • Beat together all ingredients except for salmon using hand mixer until thoroughly mixed.* Add smoked salmon and pulse mixer to combine.
  • Chill for at least two hours to let flavors meld, preferably overnight. Serve with crackers and/or cut vegetables.

Notes

*Can mix by hand instead if needed as long as cream cheese and sour cream are room temperature.
