Healthy Carrot Muffins
These healthy carrot muffins are made with oat flour, applesauce, honey, coconut oil and a tasty mix of spices that will remind you of carrot cake!
Follow our easy instructions for success!
Add oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt to a blender and pulse to mix in.
Prepare dry ingredients.
Prepare wet ingredients.
Combine coconut oil, applesauce, honey, egg and vanilla then mix with a hand mixer.
Add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Add grated carrots and chopped pecans to the batter.
Bake for 16-18 minutes until cooked through.
Bake until cooked through.
