Easy Pumpkin Scones

These easy pumpkin scones are both healthy and delicious! They're loaded with pumpkin, toasted pecans, and use whole wheat flour and less sugar.


Pecans | Coconut Sugar Flour | Baking Powder Cinnamon | Ginger | Salt Cloves | Nutmeg | Butter Pumpkin | Vanilla | Milk Syrup | Powdered Sugar


Preheat oven. Measure dry ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine. Place nuts on a baking sheet and toast for 6 minutes. Set aside.


Cut frozen butter into chunks. Add to dry ingredients and work in until butter is in pea-sized pieces. Chop nuts and add. Add pumpkin, milk, and vanilla and stir well.


Place dough on a floured surface and press into a circle. Cut into triangles and place on a lined cookie sheet. Bake for 16 - 18 mins.


While scones are baking, add all glaze ingredients to a bowl and mix in. Allow scones to cool before drizzling each scone with glaze.

These are perfect for a cold weather breakfast!
