Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. chia seeds

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a container with a sealable lid. Shake and store in the refrigerator for at least six hours or overnight. Stir and eat.
