Sear the fish on one side, then flip and cook on the other side. Break the fish up in to small pieces and squeeze lime over the top.
To make the fish taco sauce, you simply stir the yogurt, mayo, cumin, lime juice, garlic powder, hot sauce and a dash of salt and pepper together.
