Mango salsa is a refreshing break from the usual with pops of fresh fruit, creamy avocado, and tangy lime, all ready in 15 minutes!
Mango | Onion Jalapeno | Cilantro Lime Juice | Avocado
When chopping, red pepper and avocado should be diced into 1/4" pieces while onion and jalapeño pieces should be half that size or smaller.
Combine mango, onion, red pepper, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice in a medium sized bowl and stir with a spoon.
Gently fold in avocado.
Season with salt and stir gently to mix in and evenly distribute. Serve with chips.
