Follow our easy instructions for success!
In a medium-sized bowl whisk dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs for a minute until frothy.
Add milk, maple syrup and vanilla and whisk to mix.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and whisk to mix it all together. If using any add-ins, gently stir them in now. Let the batter rest.
Scoop about ¼ cup of batter into the pan and repeat to fill the pan.
