This easy and delicious Salmon Stir Fry is a healthy, low-carb weeknight dish!

Make the teriyaki sauce. Then, add the salmon pieces to the bowl and toss to coat.

Chop the veggies.

Sauté the veggies, then set aside. Next, sear the salmon cubes, then add the sauce and toss back the vegetables.

Remove the pan from heat and top with green onion and sesame seeds or whatever you prefer to use.

Serve the stir fry salmon over rice, brown rice, quinoa, cauliflower rice, or udon noodles.
